IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR RETREAT

If we need to cancel your retreat, you will have 3 options.

  1. Swap to a different retreat.

    We will offer complete flexibility on dates and destinations so that you can still attend a different retreat later in the year.


  2. Defer your retreat to another year.

    We will offer complete flexibility on swapping or postponing your retreat. We’ll transfer any and all payments you’ve made to a retreat of your choice in the next 3 years.


  3. Request a full refund.

    Of course it goes without saying that we would be forever thankful and thrilled to instead host you at a future retreat. But if should need a full refund, we can happily do this for you.


IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR RETREAT

If your retreat is going ahead as planned but you want to cancel your trip for any reason, normal cancellation terms will apply. You can view our standard cancellation policy by clicking here.


IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR RETREAT BECAUSE OF COVID

If you have to cancel the trip because of issues with COVID (local lockdown restrictions, a positive test preventing you from travelling, etc), and the retreat is still going ahead, then you will need to make a claim with your travel insurance provider.

This is because if indeed there are some form of local lockdown restrictions still in place, these are likely to affect only a few individuals joining the trip.

With guests joining us from all over the world, all with different rules/restrictions, it is extremely difficult for us to provide a comprehensively flexible policy that would cover everyone.

Please note, you will need to have travel insurance to attend any of our retreats. We would recommend that for the time being your travel insurance should also cover you for the following:

  • Positive COVID test preventing you from travelling

  • Local restrictions preventing you from travelling
