FAQs

Can I come to a TRI Life Retreat by myself?

Of course! Solo travellers have the best time, meeting new people and dipping in and out as they please. We might all come as strangers, but we’ll be leaving as family!

What will the food be like?

We provide breakfast, lunch, dinner AND snacks for every day of your retreat. And between us and you - the food is amazing!! We are not a weight-loss camp or a juice cleanse getaway so you can rely on us to simply provide plenty of wholesome, balanced food to help you refuel. Our local Chefs only use fresh, local produce, and always give you a taste of the local cuisine.

How much free time will I get?

Heaps!! We will always schedule lots of time into the day for you to just relax. Whether that’s making new friends by the pool, reading a book, or using your time off between activities to hit the town or just explore. Our team are experts in the local area and are always full of great suggestions and recommendations.

What level of fitness do I need for a TRI Life retreat?

Don’t let instagram scare you - TRI Life retreats are for ALL fitness levels. Our amazing team of coaches can scale any and all exercises to suit all fitness levels and cater for injuries and niggles. And although we would love to see you in all our workouts - we totally understand if you want to take a bit of extra time off to explore and enjoy our beautiful locations.

Start & finish?

Our retreats begin at 3pm on Day 1 of the retreat, and end after breakfast/brunch, around 11am on our last day of retreat.

When should I book?

We offer discounts for signing up before certain dates, so the earlier you sign up the better your price may be. Don't forget to sign up to our newsletter and be the first to know about our release dates and exclusive offers to our TRI Life family. Check the specific retreat you are interested in to make sure you sign up before the next deadline!

How does the instalment payments work?

Once you confirm your place at TRI Life Retreats by paying the deposit, we will set up to two further automatic payments to be deducted from a credit card of your choice up to 30 days before the start date of the retreat.

Do I need to book my own flights?

You are responsible for booking your own flight. Each trip will have suggested arrival and departure details based on when we know you need to be in the airport and you can always send us the itinerary before booking if you want to double check it’s correct!

What if I have some injuries? Can I still attend a retreat?

Yes you can still come if you are aware your injury is not going to impact or worsen during the retreat. We kindly ask you to check with your doctor or physio first if joining a retreat is ok. Our team are extensively qualified to work on some alternatives and regressions so that you can get the most out of our sessions. However, just to be on the safe side, check with your doctor first for your own peace of mind so you're able to enjoy an awesome experience.

Where do I fly into and when?

Fly into Mykonos International Airport if we are in Greece, Marrackech International Airport if we are in Morocco.

Once you have booked your flights, do send us the details so we can organise the transfer for you.

Do I have to book my own transfer?

It depends, as a rule of thumb, no. We always cover one scheduled transfer on check in - usually at 2pm and one scheduled transfer on check out - around 11am to all guests in the retreat. This is included in our package. The retreat management can happily arrange a cab or van for trips to and from the airport outside these free shuttles at an extra cost.

Can I arrive early and stay late?

Due to the turnover between retreats, we cannot accept early check ins and late check outs. You will need to purchase your flights in order to arrive/depart by given dates and time ranges for your specific trip. If you choose to arrive earlier or later than given day/time you will be responsible for the cost of transportation needed to join up with the group. You are more than welcome to drop your luggage at our retreat if you arrive earlier than our check in time and we always encourage you to to explore the area, if the option is available to you.

What is the level of yoga?

We welcome yogis of all levels, from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners. Our retreats are not ‘yoga retreats’ and our yoga coaches keep this in mind when planning your sessions. Our retreats offer opportunities for growth and new experience, no matter how much time you have spent on your mat. Regardless, we suggest keeping an open mind and trying out practices that might be new to you.

How many classes will there be?

1-2 workouts daily, plus additional activities, yoga, mobility, mindfulness.
