DAY 1.

From 12 pm - Arrivals

Meet the TRI team and get settled in your room.

Check out the villa and make new friends by the pool

1:30pm - Lunch

3pm - Afternoon Yoga & mindfulness. Set your goals for the week.

5pm - HIIT Training

7pm - Dinner & drinks to toast the week ahead.

 

DAY 2.

7:00am - Sunrise wake up call & coffee

7:30am - HIIT

9:00am - Refuel with brunch

9:30 - 11am - Chill time

11:30 - Boxing on location

1:00pm - Lunch

2:00 - 5:00pm - Chill by the pool / Spa Day

5:00pm - Yoga

6:00pm - Get ready for dinner

7:30pm - Eat and toast under the stars

DAY 3.

7:00am - Sunrise wake up call & coffee

7:30am - Boxing by the pool

9:00am - Refuel with brunch

9:30 - 11am - Chill time

11:30 - Yoga

1:00pm - Lunch

2:00 - Hike

6:00pm - Get ready for dinner

7:30pm - Eat and relax under the stars

8:30pm - Games night

DAY 4.

7:00am - Sunrise wake up call & coffee

7:30am - Hybrid HIIT Workout

9:00am - Refuel with brunch

9:30 - 11am - Chill time

11:30 - Boat Day / Quad biking

7pm - Dinner

8:30pm -Meditation under the stars

7:00am - Sunrise wake up call & coffee

7:30am - Strength Training at the villa

9:00am - Refuel with brunch

9:30 - 11am - Chill time

11:30 - HIIT training on location

1:00pm - Lunch

2:00pm - Chill by the pool or take a shopping trip in the Old Town

6:00pm - Get ready for last dinner

7:30pm - DJ Pool Party

 

DAY 6.

7:00am - Sunrise wake up call & coffee

7:30am - Final HIIT together at the villa

9:00am - Last brunch and goodbyes

11:00 - 12:00 - Check out
