Imagine waking up for a HIIT session by the ocean, yoga under the trees, or a hand-stand class on the beach. Our retreats are designed with your well-being in mind. Training with us, is about more than just a workout. But don’t get us wrong - we love any excuse for a team sweat session in nature.

We’ll schedule 2 functional workouts daily, spice it up with the occasional group activity (think hikes, canyoning, beach games) and then slow things down again with some yoga, meditation or mobility.

Working out doesn’t have to feel like a chore. At TRI, we make getting fit fun again, and we do it together - teamwork makes the dream work!
