Training with us, is about more than just a workout. But don’t get us wrong - we love any excuse for a team sweat session in nature, let us show you why.
RELAX.
Work hard, play hard, rest hard. We think the only thing better than lying by the pool in the blazing sun, cold drink in hand, is doing exactly that knowing you earned it with an epic sweat sesh only hours before hand. On a TRI retreat we make sure there is plenty of R&R scheduled into the daily program. The best holidays are about balance.
